At LIV Research, customer satisfaction and product integrity are our priorities. Due to the specialized nature of research peptides, we have established the following Refund & Returns Policy.

Returns

Because our products are intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy helps maintain product quality, safety, and integrity.

Returns may only be considered if:

  • The incorrect product was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged during transit.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Any approved return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled.
  • The wrong product was shipped and a replacement is unavailable.
  • The product was confirmed to be damaged before delivery due to circumstances within our control.
  • A return has been approved after inspection.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Products used or opened by the customer
  • Orders placed in error by the customer
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier that are beyond our control

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters processing, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping Issues

LIV Research is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier delays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We will gladly assist customers in working with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
